Homogeneous ointment from white to light yellow in color with the smell of chamomile.
Composition
100 g of the drug contains active ingredients:
retinol acetate 300,000 MO;
tocopherol acetate 0.6 g;
chamomile extract 1.0 g;
glycerin 7.0 g.
Excipient: ointment base up to 100 g.
Pharmacological properties
Chamomile flower extract has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and local analgesic effects.
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that penetrates the skin tissue and affects the regeneration processes of the skin and mucous membranes.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, has an antioxidant effect, stimulates skin respiration, strengthens the membranes of its cells, and activates the absorption of vitamin A.
Glycerin - in small quantities moisturizes the skin and makes it elastic.
The drug helps soften the skin, increase elasticity, resistance to pathogenic microorganisms; has regenerating properties in the treatment of lesions of the superficial layers of the skin.
Application
Externally for the treatment of cows and goats for scratches, cuts, burns, cracks, frostbite of the skin, udder, milking; dermatitis caused by a lack of vitamin A; eczema caused by metabolic disorders.
The ointment is used for daily care of the udder of lactating animals; as a hygienic product for the prevention of mastitis, udder cracks; increasing the elasticity of the skin of the udder and milking; complex treatment of mastitis; nourishing the skin when massaging muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. The use of ointment during manual milking makes the process comfortable for the animal, and therefore more productive due to better milk production. During manual milking, the ointment penetrates the skin of the milkers and provides them with nutrition and protection from irritation.
Dosage
Externally. The ointment is applied after milking and rubbed into the affected areas of the skin 1-2 times a day. For hygienic care of the skin of the udder and milkings, the ointment, after sanitary cleaning of the mammary gland, is applied in a small amount (2-5) g to the skin of the milkings and the lower part of the udder and lightly rubbed in.
