Vitamin B2 helps the normal functioning of the central nervous system and maintains healthy skin. Vitamin B5 is needed for the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria, B6 - for the metabolism of amino acids, sugars and fatty acids. Vitamin B12 is involved in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, prevents anemia and impaired neurological functions. Vitamin H (biotin) promotes healthy skin, a shiny coat and strong nails.
