Choosing a parasite treatment for your cat
Even indoor cats get fleas, carried in on shoes and clothes. Spot-on drops and collars protect against fleas, while tablets or drops with praziquantel treat worms. Important: dog products must never be used on cats, as the permethrin in dog drops is toxic to them. Choose by your cat's weight and age, and for kittens only products whose instructions allow their age.
