How to choose clothes for a dog
The main thing is to take your measurements correctly:
- Back length - from the base of the neck (where the collar is) to the base of the tail.
- Chest circumference - the widest point behind the front legs.
- Neck circumference - where the collar sits.
Each brand has its own size chart - it is indicated on the product page. When in doubt between two sizes, it is better to take the larger one, especially if the dog has thick hair.
What you need in winter
- Insulated jacket for dogs of small and medium breeds without undercoat (Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Toy Terriers, Italian Greyhounds)
- Boots - protect the pads from salt, ice and reagents on the streets of Odessa. Particularly important for small breed dogs.
- Snood or scarf - for dogs with short hair on the neck.
Accessories for walking
- Collars and leashes - nylon, leather, biothane. Reflective - for walking in the dark.
- Harnesses - better than a collar for dogs that pull on the leash and are prone to problems with the trachea (pugs, bulldogs, small breeds).
- Roulettes - Flexi, Trixie, 3-8 meters long.
- Muzzles - plastic mesh or leather.
For home
Beds and mattresses (Trixie, Ferplast, CROCI), carriers for cars and planes, bowls, drinking fountains, trays for cats.
